3 days til Thanksgiving
Wow! I remembered to say what I am thankful for today........I am thankful for my job. I am an Assistant Coordinator at a group home for people with developmental disabilities. I have been there 11 years and dont forsee myself leaving anytime soon. I am also pretty sure I have job security there, as the clients I serve aren't all of sudden going to not need assistance any more! Have a great day!

Nice to hear some good news for a change.
Wow, what a thankless job, it takes such a special person to be able to handle all the stress that comes from a job like that, i guess you just have to know that you are doing them a world of good and just keep pushing on.
It is rare to hear someone say they enjoy their work.
